A breath alcohol test in Kleinwallstadt late on Tuesday evening showed the 56-year-old had a blood alcohol content of almost 1.9, the police headquarters in Lower Franconia said on Wednesday. The man was no longer allowed to drive in this condition. His driver’s license was confiscated. In addition, the 56-year-old must expect an investigation, it said.
