It started each time with sexualized remarks. Then, over the course of the sessions, the accused indulged in inappropriate gestures on his students. A driving instructor was tried on Monday before the Rennes criminal court for sexual assaults on four women, including a minor, reports West France. It was the testimony of a 17-year-old girl in 2021 that sparked the case.
In front of the investigators, the young woman had indicated that her driving instructor had first made comments to her about her underwear before touching her breasts and thighs. Three other victims then reported similar facts. Already sentenced for acts of sexual exhibition, the monitor was sentenced to 18 months in prison suspended and to an obligation of care.
