A 39-year-old woman of Romanian origin will be prosecuted for rebellion, violence and refusal to submit to police checks, reports France Blue Herault. During the night from Saturday to Sunday, the police of Montpellier (Hérault), who suspected her of driving under the influence of alcohol, undertook to check her. She was spotted at a red light because she took a long time to restart.
The driver is suspected of having refused the control and of having rebelled against the police. They were also unable to carry out a blood alcohol test. The driver’s two children, aged 5 and 7, were in the car at the time.
