Driven up with two per mille – Ebersberg

A drunk caused an accident on Saturday afternoon at the intersection of the B304 and Münchner Straße near Ebersberg. A 56-year-old, who was traveling from Grafing towards Kirchseeon on the B304, had to stop at the traffic light, which had turned red. The 50-year-old from the district, who was driving behind, could no longer brake and drove into the stationary car. Property damage totaling around 2,500 euros was caused to both cars, nobody was injured. The police who were called found that the person who caused the accident had about two per thousand alcohol in the blood and was driving without a valid driver’s license. He is now awaiting criminal proceedings.
