Just a few days after two members of the Documenta search committee resigned, the remaining four members of the commission also resigned on Thursday. Documenta announced this late on Thursday evening. The six should actually have appointed the artistic direction of the next edition of the Kassel World Art Show, which will take place in 2027, in the next few weeks. Now the process, which began with the appointment of the commissioners in March, will have to start again from scratch.
