Asghari announced this on Thursday evening (local time) in an Instagram story. “After six years of love and commitment to one another, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together,” Asghari wrote. The singer initially did not comment on this. “We will hold on to the love and respect we have for one another,” Asghari continued, “shit happens.” The 29-year-old filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to several US media outlets that have the court documents. The couple had already separated on July 28, the reason being “irreconcilable differences”.
