The body of a 46-year-old woman was found in a family home in Lower Bavaria. The police said her partner turned himself in and told a police station that he had killed his partner on Saturday. Shortly thereafter, the emergency services found the body in the house in the community of Gangkofen (district of Rottal-Inn). The 50-year-old and the victim lived there together.
According to the police, the woman was “killed by considerable force with a heavy object”. The man was temporarily arrested. The criminal police are investigating on suspicion of a homicide.
