Legal and fair care with home care workers should be possible with the “Cari Fair Model”. Living in your own four walls for as long as possible is the desired goal for most seniors. So-called 24-hour support staff made a fundamental contribution. Due to the recent judgment of the Federal Labor Court on payment of the minimum wage during the night, the employment of such a worker seems unaffordable. Caritas Paderborn has therefore developed the “Cari Fair Model”.
