District of Munich – Cooperation in the event of forced eviction – District of Munich

In the future, the workers’ welfare advisers want to work even more closely with communities and bailiffs in order to provide those affected with the best possible support in the event of an eviction. That is the conclusion of a conversation with bailiffs, to which the Awo housing emergency aid for the district of Munich had invited to the Oberhachinger town hall. Two bailiffs from the Munich district court, who work in the district of Munich, informed the 30 town hall employees from 22 communities about the subject of home loss and discussed it with them. According to a press release by Awo, they learned that the group of people affected by such an eviction is complex and not always transparent. In addition, the bailiffs admitted that they too were often burdened by the eviction situation. In this case, the officials are supported by the Awo housing emergency aid, which looks after the people affected by forced eviction.
