District of Munich – Awards for 30 volunteers – District of Munich

A total of 30 committed citizens of the district of Munich were honored with medals and awards by District Administrator Christoph Göbel (CSU) at a ceremony. The medal of merit of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany was awarded to the chairman of the Schützengesellschaft Frohsinn Höhenkirchen, Rudolf Pauli, the SPD municipal councilor Brigitte Scholle from Oberschleißheim, the former chairman of the Lebenshilfe state Wolfgang Franz from Schäftlarn and the chairman of the Unterschleißheim Advisory Board on Inclusion, Helmut Gierke.

In addition to Frauke Schwaiblmair, district councilor of Gräfelfingen, the Bavarian Minister President’s badge of honor also went to Hans Weber, founding member and former chairman of the Bavaria Böllerschützen Feldkirchen, Waltraut Gringel, who was involved in senior citizen work in Hohenbrunn, Christina Remig, the former Hohenbrunn parish council chairman, and the former chairman of the Munich-Land hunting club , Johannes Schaller from Munich, the former Free Voters district councilor Johannes Ertl from Oberhaching, the district chairman of the Bavarian party, Franz Beierbeck from Straßlach, and Markus Zöckler from Taufkirchen, who was involved with the Blue Cross.

The municipal medal of merit in bronze went to the Aschheim municipal and district councilor Ingrid Lenz-Aktas (SPD), the Garching city councilor Joachim Krause (SPD), the Haar municipal councilor Gertraud Vater (SPD), the Ismaning municipal councilor and third mayor Luise Stangl (SPD) , Oberhachinger mayor and district councilor Stefan Schelle (CSU), Oberschleißheim councilor Peter Benthues (CSU), Schäftlarner councilor Maria Reitinger (UWG) and former Unterföhring councilor Andreas Post (SPD). The Mayor of Unterföhring, Andreas Kemmelmeyer (PWU) and the Unterschleißheim City Councilor, Martin Reichart (FW), also received a certificate of thanks for their services to local self-government.

Eight long-standing field jurors were also honored: Alexander Wurth from Feldkirchen, Alois Spielberger from Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, Alois Erl from Kirchheim, Hans Hausladen from Kirchheim and Martin Schmid from Schäftlarn have been doing this honorary post for 25 years, Franz Ketterl from Baierbrunn and Stephan Simon from Grasbrunn since 40 years and Andreas Joseph Semmelmann from Neukeferloh even for 50 years.
