A three-year-old child died in Lower Bavaria when a tractor tire fell over. As the police reported on Friday, a 57-year-old wanted to change the rear tire with an acquaintance on a farm in the northern district of Kelheim on Thursday.
The vertical tire then suddenly fell backwards and hit the girl who was driving past on a scooter. The child was flown to a hospital by rescue helicopter. The doctors there could not do anything for the seriously injured three-year-old.
