Right-wing extremist slogans were chanted in a Gredingen discotheque at the weekend: “Germany for the Germans, foreigners out.” State security is investigating. Two new parliamentarians admitted their presence – they just didn’t sing along.
Criminal police and state security in Middle Franconia are investigating right-wing radical slogans in a Gredingen discotheque that were shouted after a Bavarian AfD party conference at the weekend. Now two AfD members of the state parliament have been identified in the group, which loudly sang “Germany the Germans, foreigners out” to the pop song of an Italian DJ. A video from the night in the dance hall, published by BR24, shows parliamentarians Benjamin Nolte, 42, and Franz Schmid, 23, partying hard in the middle of the crowd. The two AfD MPs confirmed their presence, but said they did not actually sing along. This emerges from statements by the two that are available to the SZ.
