Before Emmanuel Macron’s big press conference, the minister of Education, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, is trying to put an end to the controversy linked to the schooling of her children within the Stanislas private school group. The minister went at the Littré public school, from where she had withdrawn her eldest son, Tuesday January 16, “to meet the teachers and the management team of the establishment, and exchange with them”, according to the minister’s entourage. Emmanuel Macron addresses the French at 8:15 p.m. The meeting takes place in the middle of the television news, with the aim of reaching as many people as possible.
