We meet many people in the street with luxury bags from major French brands. And among these fashion accessories, some are very similar, but are fakes, fed by networks of counterfeit traffickers from abroad.
This week, during a check at the Lestelle toll gate, on the A64, south of Toulouse, the
gendarmes of the motorized platoon of Estancarbon came across followers of this contraband.
In their vehicle, they discovered no less than 1,150 counterfeit parts. In the middle of the caps, there were Lacoste t-shirts, shoes or even designer bags, imitation of those from the houses of Dior, Prada or Louis Vuitton. A commodity whose total value is estimated at 71,900 euros. The occupants of the vehicle were heard and brought to justice.
