Next Tuesday, February 28, from 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Corona Diagnostic Center in Ebersberg will be open for the last time. It finally closes on March 1, as the district office now informs in a press release. The diagnostic center at Sparkassenplatz, last operated by Tresec, was the regional corona test center for the district. Since February 10, 2023, a decision by the Bavarian cabinet has made the corona tests considerably easier. A self-test no longer than 24 hours ago is now usually sufficient for visits to hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, for example. At the end of the month, there was no longer any entitlement to free tests under the Federal Coronavirus Test Ordinance in this area either.
