The 2nd main round in the DFB Cup has been drawn and brings a real blast: FC Bayern Munich has to go to Borussia Mönchengladbach. The 2nd round will be on 26./27. October 2021.

Clarity about the last two participants only late
It was only shortly before the draw that it became clear about the last participants in the 2nd round. Bayern Munich clearly won the game at Bremer SV, which was postponed due to corona infections of the opponent. Prussia Münster moved into the 2nd main round after the DFB Federal Court had confirmed the Wolfsburg error.
