If it were only about the products, then Deutz AG would be a model company. The Cologne-based company, founded in 1864, builds heavy-duty diesel engines for very large off-road vehicles: excavators, tractors and boats. And the traditional group with around 4,500 employees is working on a more sustainable future: more and more drives are based on hybrid technology or entirely on electricity.
