Deutsche Post: When time comes, letters come – economy

The mailboxes are overflowing again these days, the post office has its hands full. Christmas is the time when Germans learn to appreciate letters again, at least for a few days. A few days are also important for the post office: 80 percent of letters have to reach the recipient on the first working day after dispatch, 95 percent on the second. This is what the German postal law requires so far.
