The “OG of the OC” is back and unfiltered.
Vicki Gunvalson reveals in a new episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” airing Wednesday, that she wears “crotchless panties” and “thigh highs” to keep her sex life spicy.
“I wear whatever it takes because everybody’s getting older,” she adds in a sneak peek obtained by People Wednesday.
Gunvalson makes the confession after her longtime pal Tamra Judge tells her that her “nipples are showing” through her shirt.
“RHOC” co-star Shannon Beador, who is also present for the tequila-fueled dinner, then says, “She’s all about a sexy underwear.”
Gunvalson’s raunchy revelations are a departure from the more demure behavior she displayed when she was a full-time cast member on the hit Bravo show.
During Season 8, the Coto Insurance CEO slammed former “Housewife” Lauri Peterson for claiming she had a threesome.
She iconically replied at the time, “I have never been with multiple partners in my life!”
That same season, Gunvalson was also timid when Mexican strippers showed up to Judge’s bachelorette party.
However, since then, the 61-year-old has embraced being more open about her sexuality.
In February 2022, she partied with male strippers in Las Vegas for her “breakup party” following her split from fiancé Steve Lodge.

More recently, she talked candidly about her sex life with her current boyfriend, Michael Smith, at “An Evening with the Tres Amigas” event in Los Angeles.
The Bravolebrity shared with the audience that her beau will often ask her if they can “just take a day off” from sex, but she tells him, “’The answer is no.’”
Judge — who was also present for the show — added at the time that her BFF is “the horniest person” she’s “ever met.”
Gunvalson’s return to “RHOC” comes after a two-year hiatus from the franchise.
She was let go alongside Judge, 55, in January 2020, but the latter was asked back as a full-time cast member for Season 17, while Gunvalson will only make guest appearances.
