First regular drone delivery service lifts off in UK
The U.K’s Royal Mail has launched a daily drone delivery service for a group of Scottish islands in the far north of the country, making it the first regular postal service in the country to be powered by a remotely controlled copter.
The new mail delivery operation serves Orkney, a community of around 22,000 people living on 20 of its 70 small islands about 10 miles north of the mainland.

Amazon expands its virtual healthcare service across U.S.
Amazon is expanding its Clinic healthcare platform to all 50 U.S. states, plus Washington D.C.
Amazon Clinic launched in November 2022 to help people seek medical help for more than 30 common health conditions such as migraines, sinus infections, and pink eye.
The service doesn’t use its own physicians but instead acts as a way of connecting patients with licensed clinicians for virtual care. Current provider groups include Wheel, SteadyMD, Curai Health, and Hello Alpha.
