Ruthless IRA boss Martin McGuinness apparently helped set up a car bomb that later blew up in the Londonderry city centre, newly recovered video has revealed.
A documentary that was hidden away for nearly 50 years shows how a group of men, including McGuinness, seemingly packed explosives into a Volkswagen on a street in Londonderry, Northern Ireland before the vehicle was driven away.
The video then cuts to the moment a car bomb was detonated on Shipquay Street in 1972.

Police have recovered two motorbikes as they continue to investigate the death of a seven-year-old girl.
Police are investigating a hit and run in which a young girl, Katniss Seleznev, was killed.
Katniss died after a collision involving a motorbike outside her home in Bloxwich just after 7pm on Thursday evening.
Detectives said two motorbikes had been found and that a 14-year-old boy has been arrested.
The teen has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Over the last 50 years, federal bureaucrats have managed to recover only three percent of endangered species, despite the expansive authority, powers, and funding granted to them by the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
