Love Island’s Jessie Wynter admitted she was planning to tell Will Young she loved him before learning of his cheeky Casa Amor antics in Friday night’s episode.
The Australian beauty, 26, had been left devastated after she found out the farmer, 23, had kissed Layla Al-Momani during Thursday’s explosive recoupling scenes.
Jessie broke down in tears as some of the Islanders headed out to meet the Casa Amor girls to learn what really happened while they were away from the main villa.
Casa Amor bombshell Layla revealed all about her antics with Will, telling Jessie he had said that he thought she was going to ‘turn his head’ on the very first day.
Layla went on to detail her steamy smooch with Will on the first night, before saying he had felt ‘guilty’ the next day, with her saying she sensed his feelings had changed.

Jessie then broke down in floods of tears and was consoled by her fellow islander Claudia Fogarty, who admitted that Will’s antics had been the hardest for the villa.
A tearful Jessie said: ‘If our connection was so strong then how can you chase after a girl after one day?’
Jessie then revealed that she had been planning to tell Will that she loved him before the recoupling as she said she felt they had a ‘genuine connection’.
Through tears, she said: ‘I actually love him. Imagine if I said that at the recoupling, I would have been so humiliated.’
Jessie became overwhelmed with emotion while the Islanders said their goodbyes to the dumped Casa Amor girls and boys following the recoupling.
She was kindly comforted by her friend Tom Clare, who tried to assure her that she means ‘so much’ to Will, but Jessie broke down in floods of tears.
Will came over to try and speak to her, but Jessie asked him to leave her to digest the news as she sobbed, with Will walking away looking downtrodden.
In between tears, she said of him kissing someone else: ‘I know it’s not big, but it’s big to me.’

To which Tom insisted: ‘You mean so much to him.’
But an upset Jessie hit back with: ‘I’ve been told that so many times,’ before comforting Shaq Mohammad, who was left single after Tanya Manhenga recoupled with Martin Akinola.
Casey O’Gorman also tried to assure her that Will felt very guilty following his actions, but she went to speak with the girls.
She fumed: ‘The audacity to think we are going to walk back in and be like, “it’s OK!”‘
Speaking to the girls through floods of tears, she said: ‘Out of everyone I didn’t think he would be the guy to to it,’ before Will said he would sleep in the dog-house.
Viewers were left devastated at watching Jessie become emotional during the heart-wrenching scenes, taking to Twitter to show their support for her.
One person wrote: ‘My heart actually breaks for Jessie, you can genuinely see how hurt she is.’
Another tweeted: ‘Nah I’m so heartbroken for Jessie,’ while a third added: ‘I’m so sad for Jessie.’

The next morning, when asked by the girls what it was going to take for her and Will to get ‘back on track’, she admitted: ‘Rewinding the clock.’
It comes after a dramatic recoupling which saw Will stay loyal to Jessie and not recouple, before she learnt of his Casa Amor antics.
Host Maya Jama asked if he had been loyal while Jessie was away to which he replied: ‘No not completely loyal no.
‘I on the first night kissed Layla and I’m not going to lie it was really tough the few days after that. I knew I’d let you down and I’m so sorry.’
Jessie, visibly fuming, replied: ‘Honestly it’s fine. I don’t really have any words right now. I didn’t think you would have done that.’
Layla then chipped in to say: ‘I felt like we had a connection so yeah!’

Later that night, the pair then shared an intimate kiss before Casey, walking past, shouted ‘he’s being a naughty boy!’.
But Will – who has been coupled up with Jessie – was left feeling in the wrong, admitting his exchange ‘made him realise’ how much he liked the Australian.
Speaking to the boys in the bedroom later that evening, he admitted: ‘I feel like a bit of a dog. ‘I feel like I f****d up big time!’.
