Johnny Depp against Amber Heard: Psychologist certifies the actress has a borderline disorder
According to a forensic psychologist, actress Amber Heard is prone to sudden outbursts of anger.

Johnny Depp plans to expose ex-wife Amber Heard as a liar in court to save his reputation. Now two witnesses testified in his favor. According to a psychologist, Heard tends towards emotional instability.
Hollywood stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are currently tearing themselves apart in court – and the whole world is watching. On Tuesday, among others, a psychologist and a police officer took the witness stand. Your statements play Depp in the cards. For example, forensic psychologist Shannon Curry testified that she diagnosed Heard with borderline personality disorder.
Curry had been hired by Depp’s attorneys to prepare an expert opinion on Heard. Among other things, she checked health records and audio recordings and met the actress twice for tests. In her estimation, Heard tends towards emotional instability and sudden outbursts of anger, which could also be accompanied by violence.
Depp sees himself as a victim
Depp’s lawyers hope the statement will support the actor’s claim, who described himself as a victim in the explosive relationship. On the witness stand, Depp declared under oath that he never hit Heard. On Monday he had completed his four-day statements. Cross-examined by his ex-wife’s lawyers, he was confronted with videos, photos and audio recordings, some of them shocking, that Heard’s lawyers wanted to paint a picture of Depp as an addict with violent breakdowns. Heard is also said to testify in the process, which will last several weeks.
The actress filed for divorce in 2016 after just 15 months of marriage. She accused the Hollywood star of domestic violence. In his civil lawsuit, Depp alleges that his ex-wife made false statements in a 2018 op-ed about domestic violence published by the Washington Post. This would have damaged his reputation. Depp is suing for around 50 million dollars (a good 45 million euros) in damages for defamation.
The testimony of a policewoman in a previously recorded video link was also shown in the courtroom on Tuesday. Melissa Saenz described being called to the couple’s Los Angeles penthouse in May 2016 after the couple had an argument. She found Heard crying but found no signs of injury or damage to property in the home. Saenz testified that she did not see Heard as a victim of domestic violence. A few days after the incident, the actress told authorities that Depp had injured her.
