If the chairman of the Munich CSU visits the demonstration against the AfD on Sunday, that is a good sign. Democrats are taking to the streets together against right-wing extremism. And yet Georg Eisenreich’s statements about the demo are irritating and unwise. The AfD should be pleased that Eisenreich is trying to divide those who are committed to opposing the far-right party.
