Reports of overbearing controls at RB Leipzig game

Reports are circulating online about presumptuous controls when entering the stadium. The Twitter account “RB Leipzig International”, which regularly reports on international games of the Bundesliga club, describes the undignified procedures at the entrance control.

“Even minors are groped intensely in their intimate areas for no reason – it was no longer a feeling,” the operators of the site report. And further: “Women almost had to undress.” As a result, the active Red Bulls fan scene is said to have decided on a boycott and are now doing without the choreography. The Leipzig club confirmed this on Wednesday at the request of the DPA news agency. An official statement on the incidents is still pending.
