A 68-year-old woman, declared dead by the Samu doctor, was still breathing, according to information fromActu.fr. The victim suffered a heart attack on June 12, around 12:15 p.m., in Perpignan. The practitioner would then have intervened at his home, where he would have pronounced the death certificate, after several attempts at resuscitation.
But half an hour later, while they were watching over this lady, her loved ones noticed that she was still breathing. The emergency services returned and found that she was indeed alive, before transferring her in absolute emergency to the hospital center, where she finally died a few days later, after further heart attacks.
Actu.fr explains that an internal investigation would have been opened by the hospital center, but that the establishment did not wish to comment on the subject. 20 minutes for his part, tried to contact the Perpignan hospital center, without response for the moment.
