Deboning poultry – it’s quick and easy

Holiday fowl are easy to carve when the bird is still raw and boned. You have to practice that. Now is the time.

Boning a bird, why should we do that? You could also ask: Why should we go to the Caribbean? The answer to both: We would get to know new worlds, splash around in Elysian lagoons, we would see a different nature, hear, smell and taste unimagined phenomena and possibly never want to go back.

This isn’t an exercise, not in the “just” sense. this is a exercise, the stimulus for learning a skill that at first glance may seem like solving a luxury problem – which, of course, is not.
