According to its own information, the USA has reached an agreement with the EU on the long-standing dispute over American special tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo and Trade Representative Katherine Tai said on Saturday on the sidelines of the summit of the 20 major economic powers in Rome.

The deal marks a significant moment in restoring US trade ties with Europe after Donald Trump’s presidency.
