Darts vice world champion Luke Littler has landed an equipment contract that, according to a media report, will bring him a lucrative sum.

Darts prodigy Luke Littler can claim the next success in his short career: The 17-year-old with the competition nickname “The Nuke” has landed a lucrative deal with supplier Target. Target announced the partnership in a post on X: “‘The Nuke’ is now #TeamTarget,” it said. We are pleased to have signed the graduate of our own junior program Eilte1 for several years. “We look forward to supporting Luke as he takes the world by storm,” the post concludes.

Luke Littler: “The biggest deal in darts history”?

According to the English tabloid “The Sun”, it is said to be a contract worth millions and the “biggest deal in darts history”. Among other things, Littler is likely to benefit from the sales proceeds of Target products bearing his name, the newspaper reports. However, exact figures are not given in the report.

Litller caused a sensation at the beginning of the year, among other things, with his participation in the final of the Darts World Cup. Although he had to admit defeat to Luke Humphries there, this didn’t dampen the hype surrounding him. In the Darts Premier League table he is currently in third place behind three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen and MIchael Smith.
