“Dark Energy Survey” makes cosmologists doubt the universe model – knowledge

From

Physics is often about comparing two things: the world as it is theoretically supposed to be and the world as it is measured. If there is a difference, there is usually something to learn. Either you made a mistake, or, this is the more interesting case, there is a problem with the theory. Cosmologists are in such a situation with the universe at the moment: the matter in it seems to be more evenly distributed, i.e. less clumped, than it should be – and nobody knows why.
