This Thursday, March 28, for his column, the comedian chose to address the altercation between Inès Reg and Natasha St-Pier during rehearsals for Dancing with the Stars on January 31. If the two artists launched into a media war through messages and videos posted on social networks, others prefer enjoy of this situation which embarrasses the managers of TF1. This news greatly inspired the Belgian comedian.
In the morning of France Inter, Charline Vanhoenacker reacted to the controversy which tarnishes the image of DALS. “Everyone only talks about that to say that no one cares. Admit it’s fascinating… Have you seen how many articles there are on this?”she said before continuing: “Apparently, the affair started from a joke by Natasha St-Pier which was misinterpreted. Natasha St-Pier is a bit like the Guillaume Meurice of TF1“, she declared in reference to the controversy surrounding the joke last October by this other comedian from France Inter. Guillaume Meurice had described Benjamin Netanyahu as“a kind of Nazi, but without a foreskin” during a humorous column, which earned him death threats.

The France Inter comedian then made fun of the conflict between the two DALS candidates, not hesitating to compare it to international conflicts. “For several days now, France has been divided between two types of people. The ‘Inès Regien’ on one side. The ‘Natasha St-Pierriste’ on the other. It’s explosive! All that would be missing is for Aya Nakamura to get involved and we break the internet. In short, there are two irreconcilable camps“, continued the comic. “We are all afraid that the Reg/St-Pier conflict will degenerate and that Emmanuel Macron will threaten to send ground troops to TF1 […] In one day, on the networks, we went from Pray for Gaza to Pray from Natasha St-Pier”she concluded lightly, wondering “What is BHL doing!.”
