Warehouses and administration buildings have been demolished and the ground leveled. Only now do you see what a huge area it is: the site of the former MD paper factory covers 17 hectares. A new district is to be created here, with apartments for 2000 people, public green spaces and perhaps even a surfing wave in the exposed Mühlbach.
