Irish Prime Minister approves Santa Claus flight
Like every year, Santa Claus flies around the world to distribute presents to all the children. Everything about Ireland has already been covered.
A week and a half before Christmas Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar traditionally announced good news. “I confirm that Santa Claus has been given permission to enter Irish airspace,” joked Leo Varadkar in Parliament in Dublin.
Santa Claus is allowed to cross the country’s borders on December 24th and December 25th. Varadkar thanked air traffic control, immigration authorities and customs for making the necessary exceptions.
