At the adult education center in Vaterstetten there is a new series of lectures entitled “Coffee and Art”: The participants meet once a month and enjoy art with a hot drink in the afternoon. All lectures can be booked individually. The first appointment on Wednesday, February 16, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Bildungszentrum, Baldhamer Straße 39, is about the Munich painter Carl Spitzweg. His whimsical and endearingly quirky characters bear witness to great powers of observation and a fine sense of humour. Registration required.
