With a five-point paper on economic policy, the CSU is increasing the pressure on Hubert Aiwanger (Free Voters). State parliamentary group leader Klaus Holetschek is now demanding “a half-yearly report on progress and developments” in the expansion of renewable energies from its Ministry of Economic Affairs, as he said on Tuesday South German newspaper said. He suggests “strict monitoring of energy conversion” to Aiwanger’s house. The CSU paper, which is available to the SZ as a draft, also calls for more concentration on location policy through a technology transfer strategy for medium-sized businesses and a foreign trade strategy. “Economic policy requires our full attention,” said Holetschek, who recently accused Aiwanger of neglecting his office.
