The long, bare corridors are dark and the students have long since gone home. Only in room D 023 is the light still on. About a dozen young people sit in a circle of chairs, silent. The plenum of critical medicine in Munich is coming to an end. Everyone now has the opportunity to review what has just been discussed and to express the thoughts that are buzzing through their heads out loud. “I’m glad to see that I’m not alone in this,” says a first-time participant.
