Employees at several supermarkets in Berlin and Brandenburg have discovered suspicious packages in banana boxes. It’s supposed to be narcotics. Now the police are investigating.
The police have suspects in several supermarkets in Berlin and Brandenburg Narcotics found. Supermarket employees discovered suspicious packages in banana boxes in the morning hours, the police said. The packages were therefore underneath the fruit.
According to an initial assessment, the packages could contain narcotics. The officials initially left it open what type of means it was. Other media reported on cocaine. The police did not initially confirm this. “Due to the number of packages found and the number of markets affected,” the Berlin police provided administrative assistance. The police initially did not provide any further information.
