Several girls and young women are believed to have died from the Blue Punisher ecstasy variant. With a view to the spread of the drug, the police criticized the lack of staff and “unsuitable structures”.

After the drug deaths of several teenagers, the police union (GdP) calls for the Better organize the customs authorities responsible for drug investigation. “The drug investigation is completely wrongly organized,” said the deputy GdP chairman Frank Buckenhofer to the newspapers of the Bayern media group.

“There are too few staff, unsuitable structures and the wrong orientation.” The personnel situation at border controls is not a serious danger for drug smugglers, said Buckenhofer, who is also chairman of GdP Zoll. “You’re in such a bad position that it doesn’t matter if anyone is there at all.”

Incidents involving the chemical drug “Blue Punisher” are currently causing a stir. Several girls and young women are believed to have died from it recently. It is a special form of ecstasy tablets. Origin and active ingredient may vary independently. Recently, such pills were noticed by an apparently very high and dangerous concentration.
