The man wanted to cancel a train subscription – and couldn’t do it directly at the train station. He was apparently so angry about this that he lost his temper.

A 29-year-old shot a police officer at Munich Central Station Bitten forearm. The man probably wanted to cancel a subscription at the train’s information point, as the police said. When an employee explained to him that termination was only possible online, the man is said to have insulted and threatened him. After the 29-year-old also threatened the security service, the federal police were called in.

The man was sent off but, according to police, did not comply voluntarily. As the officers led him out of the train station, the 29-year-old bit a police officer in the forearm and tore his glove. The officer suffered a bruise and had to be treated in hospital.

The police are investigating the 29-year-old for, among other things, insults, threats, damage to property, bodily harm and resistance and attacks on law enforcement officers.
