Credit institute – Hypo-Vereinsbank rebuilds board – Economy

Hypo-Vereinsbank (HVB) is restructuring its corporate customer business and is also relocating the executive suite. Large companies, which were previously looked after both in the former entrepreneur bank and in the investment bank, will only have a single point of contact in the future, as the subsidiary of the Italian banking group Unicredit announced. The new unit will in future be managed by Jan Kupfer, previously head of the investment bank. There Christian Reusch, who also moves up to the board, takes over. The previous head of corporate clients, Markus Beumer, is leaving the bank “on the best of terms”. After holding positions on the Board of Management of Commerzbank, Beumer only moved to Munich a good three years ago.
