The popular processor tool CPU-Z has been released in the latest version 2.02 and now also supports the AM5 platform for AMD Ryzen 7000 (“Raphael”) and the RAM OC feature AMD EXPO, the counterpart to Intel XMP 3.0 . The Z790 chipset for Raptor Lake and Xeon Platinum, Gold and Silver (“Ice Lake-SP”) are also on board.
Official support for AMD Ryzen 7000
After the presentation of Ryzen 9 7950X, 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X and Ryzen 5 7600X, which offer an increase of 13% IPC and up to 5.7 GHz clock, the developers of CPU-Z also have the new Zen 4 RDNA -2 CPUs added to their well-known processor toolkit.
The latest release of CPU-Z in version 2.02 offers according to the official Release Notes the following innovations for the platforms from AMD and Intel.
RDNA-2 refresh and Ice Lake SP
In addition to the RDNA 2 minimalist AMD Radeon RX 6400 based on Navi 24, the RDNA 2 refresh aka Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT (test), which the waiting time for Radeon RX 7000 based of RDNA 3, officially supported by CPU-Z 2.02.

The professional CPUs Intel Xeon Platinum, Gold and Silver aka Ice Lake-SP for the LGA-4189 socket are also recognized and read out correctly.
