The musician Angelo Kelly failed with a legal complaint against a fine for a performance by his youngest son. The Bavarian Supreme Court in Bamberg rejected this as unfounded, said a court spokesman on Friday. The judgment, which provides for a fine of 3000 euros, is confirmed. Kelly was fined by the Hassfurt District Court in February because the stage appearance of his then four-year-old son William violated the Youth Protection Act. The 39-year-old, who appeared as a child with the Kelly Family in front of an audience, lodged a legal complaint.
