Cottage Cheese Pancakes: Healthy recipe without flour and sugar.

preparation

  1. Squeeze the cottage cheese so that it loses water. It shouldn’t be too moist anymore. Then add salt, stevia and psyllium husks and knead everything thoroughly.

  2. Mix in the eggs and a splash of water and let the whole thing swell slightly for 3 to 5 minutes. Now form into small flat balls and fry in the pan with a little oil on each side for 5 minutes over medium heat and enjoy. Enjoy yourself.
