Corona virus: the number of infections continues to fall – the district of Munich

The number of infections with the corona virus in the Munich district continues to decline. On Friday, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) only reported a seven-day incidence of 233.0 for the district – a week earlier the value was 424.8. According to the RKI, 815 people in the district were proven to be infected with the virus within a week, a week earlier there were almost 1,500 documented new infections within seven days. However, only positive PCR tests are included in these statistics. The development in the district is almost identical to that in the state capital: In Munich, the incidence on Friday morning was 226.1. In total, more than 158,000 people in the district have been proven to be infected with the virus.
