Corona rapid tests: state millions for doctors’ association – economy

If you live in the countryside of Lower Saxony and want to have a doctor’s office nearby, things will soon look pretty bad for you. In 2035 there will be a shortage of 1250 general practitioners: from Leer-Süd via Syke, Sulingen and Seesen to Clausthal-Zellerfeld. The Lower Saxony Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV) warns that there is a risk of “undersupply”. But there is help from Berlin.
