Corona protest in the Ebersberg district: walkers stay peaceful – Ebersberg

Also on this Monday, some people in the district demonstrated against infection protection. None of the events was registered. According to the police, around 300 participants gathered in Grafing. Since no leader of the meeting showed up, the police imposed conditions and specified the move. After the group arrived at the church square, the rally was declared over by the police. Then the participants left. There were no disturbances. A meeting with around 80 participants also took place in Ebersberg. There were no incidents here either.

There were also smaller “walks” in the west and north of the district: Around 6 p.m., around 60 people came to Markt Schwaben, some of whom wanted to march through the market town with candles. In Poing a total of 10 people met shortly after 6 p.m. on the market square and in Vaterstetten a total of around 40 people gathered in front of the town hall. None of the events was registered, so the police announced conditions and a route. With the exception of a few participants in Markt Schwaben, the others adhered to these conditions. There a man had instigated some of the marchers to leave the given route, the police established his identity and filed a complaint. There was no impairment of passers-by or road traffic. The events ended after about an hour each.
