Corona in the district of Erding – incidence value more than 35 – Erding


The number of Covid 19 cases continues to rise: The seven-day incidence value of 35 in the Erding district is currently exceeded on three days in a row. The Erding District Office announced that this will result in the first restrictions. They mainly affect large events with more than 1000 visitors.

In addition to the confirmed Covid-19 cases in the Erding district, 20 new cases between the ages of 2 and 86 have been added since yesterday. A week ago there were only seven cases. The number of confirmed cases rises to 7220. According to the district office, the new cases come from the following cities, markets and municipalities: Erding has seven cases, in Dorfen there are four more, in Moosinning three, in Pastetten and Isen there are two each as well as one further case each in Berglern and Taufkirchen.

The seven-day incidence in the district of Erding per 100,000 inhabitants is 44.9 according to official information from the RKI. The day before it was 40.5. The number of people recovered rises to 7008. This means that 94 people are currently infected. There are currently 206 people in quarantine. In the Klinikum Landkreis Erding, two Covid patients are treated in the isolation ward.

In the district of Erding, 151 838 vaccinations have been administered so far. Around 78,200 people in the district have already received a first and second vaccination, around 56.7 percent. 77 836 vaccinations were coordinated by the vaccination center, 74 002 were administered by the resident doctors.

By exceeding the seven-day incidence value of 35 on three days in a row, major sporting and cultural events with a transnational character and correspondingly higher audience numbers are no longer permitted in the Erding district. Sports and cultural events on a smaller scale with up to 1500 spectators in the open air and in buildings with up to 1000 spectators are still possible.
