Corona in the district – again under 700 – Erding

The seven-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants is only a snapshot of the infection process. It has changed significantly over the past few days due to the rapid but uneven spread of the omicron variant of the coronavirus. At the end of last week, the Erding district had the highest incidence in all of Bavaria for one day, which looked very different again on Sunday evening. In the Erding district, the incidence fell from 753.8 on Friday to 674.6 on Sunday. The district office had reported an incidence of 688.3 for Saturday.

In the city of Munich, on the other hand, the seven-day incidence on Sunday was 829.4, in several other districts, as on Friday, a value of more than 700 was measured for the Erding district: for the Ebersberg district 756.5, for the city Rosenheim 709.2 and for the district of Miesbach 706.7. As the district office also announced on Saturday, the number of confirmed corona cases had increased by 178 from one day to the next, and those affected were between three and ninety years old. 60 new cases had occurred in Erding alone. The other cases are spread across practically the entire district: 17 in Oberding, ten in Taufkirchen, eight each in Moosinning, Walpertskirchen and Wartenberg, seven each in Bockhorn, Eitting and Isen, six each in Dorfen and Sankt Wolfgang, five each in Finsing, Forstern and Wörth, three each in Berglern, Fraunberg, Neuching and Pastetten, two each in Langenpreising and Lengdorf and one each in Inning am Holz and in Kirchberg.
