He certainly wanted some fresh air after a hot day. Monday evening, the Toulouse police were surprised to cross the road of a funny cyclist. The man was traveling on the banks of the Canal du Midi, at Boulevard de l’Embouchure where the central police station is located. If he respected the Highway Code, it was a little less the case regarding the dress code.
The cyclist was dressed simply in a shirt, a pair of socks and shoes. However, the bottom was missing and you could easily see her family jewels. The police therefore arrested the 76-year-old man for “sexual exhibition” and took him into custody, out of sight of sensitive souls.
