Constitutional Court: Bundestag election must be repeated in other districts in Berlin

The Federal Constitutional Court has decided that the federal election in Berlin must be repeated in a total of 455 districts. That is 31 more districts than the Bundestag decided last year. Otherwise, the Union faction’s election audit complaint was rejected. There were numerous mishaps in Berlin during the election.
